Psy Camping Night at Kerwa & Morning Trek to Ratapani

Camp under the stars at Kerwa on Wednesday, morning trek into Ratapani on Thursday — a psy camping night midweek. Two days, one midweek escape, and the Thursday trek is already in the Wednesday package.

Wednesday is camp: a jungle walk to the sunset spot, a boat ride as the light goes, tents pitched for you, bonfire, karaoke and live music, stargazing if the sky is clear, and authentic village dal bafle for dinner. Washroom amenities on site, and the camp is set up to be safe for couples and women.

Thursday is the trek: forest trails into Ratapani, caves midway, a hidden waterfall to bathe in, and Jungle Paglu special maggi and tea at the water before we walk back. Bring a camera — the views earn it.

Included — shared transport both ways, food (evening snacks, dinner, and two breakfasts — tea at camp, maggi at the waterfall), tent stay, and the activities: sunset boat ride and the morning trek.

Wednesday 14th October

• 3:00 PM — meet at the pick-up point.
• 4:00 PM — reach the base camp spot at Kerwa.
• 4:30 PM — introductions.
• 5:00 PM — welcome drink and evening snacks.
• 5:10 PM — short jungle walk to the spot, and the sunset boat ride.
• 6:30 PM — back to base camp.
• 7:00 PM — tents allocated.
• 7:30 PM — bonfire lit.
• 8:00 PM — adventure activities, cooking and survival games.
• 9:00 PM — bonfire, karaoke and live music.
• 10:00 PM — dinner: authentic village dal bafle, veg and non-veg.
• 11:00 PM — stargazing (weather permitting), then lights off under the stars.

Thursday 15th October

• 5:00 AM — wake-up call.
• 5:30 AM — ready for the morning trek.
• 6:00 AM — reach base camp.
• 6:30 AM — tea and breakfast at base camp.
• 6:45 AM — start the trek into Ratapani.
• 7:25 AM — explore the caves midway.
• 8:35 AM — trek on to the hidden waterfall.
• 8:55 AM — swim and a refreshing bath at the waterfall.
• 10:30 AM — second breakfast: Jungle Paglu special maggi and tea at the waterfall.
• 12:30 PM — trek back to the base village.
• 1:30 PM — pack up and head home.
• 2:30 PM — back in Bhopal (3 PM at the latest).

Times shift with the weather and the group — nobody is rushed off a rock.

Camp rules — no alcohol, no pan masala, no perfume.
