Thursday Morning Techno Trek

The Bhopal favourite, on a Thursday: forest trails, panoramic views and a hidden waterfall 30 km out of Bhopal — with music in the cave, which is what makes it the techno trek.

Pick-up at 5:30 AM, breakfast and tea on the way, then into the jungle by sunrise: a short safari, a river crossing and a welcome drink at base camp before the trek starts. Caves midway, then on to the waterfall, where you can stand under the water as long as you like.

Jungle Paglu special maggi and tea at the waterfall, lunch at base camp after the walk back. Pick-up and drop from multiple points in Bhopal, a guided trek throughout, and photos taken on a real camera.

Camping Wednesday night too? The Kerwa midweek camp has a waterfall trek built into it.

Thursday 15th October

• 5:30 AM — pick-up from your nearest point.
• 6:00 AM — assembly, breakfast and tea.
• 7:00 AM — reach the jungle, 30 km out, by sunrise.
• 7:30 AM — jungle safari and river crossing.
• 7:45 AM — welcome drink at base camp.
• 8:00 AM — start the trek.
• 8:25 AM — explore the caves midway.
• 8:35 AM — trek on to the hidden waterfall.
• 8:55 AM — swim and a refreshing bath at the waterfall.
• 10:30 AM — Jungle Paglu special maggi and tea at the waterfall.
• 12:30 PM — trek back to the base village.
• 1:30 PM — lunch at base camp.
• 2:30 PM — leave for Bhopal.
• 3:30 PM — back in Bhopal.

Times shift with the weather and the group — nobody is rushed off a rock.
